These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, forms, itineraries, communications, and bookings provided by Legna Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including its affiliated brands such as Legna Luxe Escapes and related offerings.By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, booking services, making payments, or participating in travel experiences curated by Legna Travel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Legna Travel is a travel planning and consulting agency that provides:

• Customized travel planning and itinerary design
• Group and individual travel coordination
• Concierge-style travel support
• Event-based and experiential travel services
• Access to third-party booking platforms and suppliers

Legna Travel acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers (including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and ground service providers).

Independent third-party suppliers provide all travel services. Legna Travel does not own, operate, or control these suppliers.We are not responsible for:

• Acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of suppliers
• Schedule changes, cancellations, delays, or service failures
• Supplier-initiated refunds, credits, or policy enforcement
• Weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, or force majeure

Supplier terms, conditions, and cancellation policies apply in addition to these Terms.

• All pricing, deposits, service fees, and payment schedules will be disclosed prior to booking.
• Payments may be processed through Square, supplier platforms, or other approved payment processors.
• Planning fees and service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of bookings, penalties, or the forfeiture of funds, per supplier policies.

By submitting payment, you authorize Legna Travel and its designated processors to charge the provided payment method.

All cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to:

• Supplier-specific terms and deadlines
• Non-refundable planning or service fees
• Administrative or change fees, where applicable

Legna Travel does not guarantee refunds and is not responsible for refund requests denied by suppliers.Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.

Legna Travel strongly advises clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover:

• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Medical emergencies
• Travel delays
• Lost or stolen baggage

Failure to purchase travel insurance is done at the client’s own risk.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal and travel information
• Ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements
• Reviewing itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents promptly
• Complying with airline, cruise, hotel, and destination rules

Legna Travel is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

For group travel, hosted experiences, or Legna Luxe Escapes:

• Group terms, deadlines, and minimum participation requirements apply.
• Pricing and amenities may change if group minimums are not met.
• Removal from a group may occur for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Participation is voluntary and at the traveler’s own risk.

Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, accidents, or unforeseen events.By booking travel through Legna Travel, you:

• Voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.
• Acknowledge responsibility for personal health and safety.
• Agree that Legna Travel is not liable for injury, illness, or loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legna Travel shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of enjoyment, profits, or opportunities
• Supplier failures or third-party actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid directly to Legna Travel.

All content on the Legna Travel website and materials—including text, branding, itineraries, graphics, and logos—is the intellectual property of Legna Travel and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Legna Travel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Pandemics
• Labor strikes
• Acts of terrorism

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Legna Travel is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
