Yes. We specialize in custom group travel for families, friends, celebrations, and organizations. Group itineraries are tailored to the needs of your travelers and may include curated experiences, coordinated payments, and exclusive group perks when available.

Cancellation policies vary by supplier, destination, and travel dates. Specific terms are always shared before booking so you can make informed decisions. Once travel is booked, all supplier policies apply.

The Trip Request form allows us to understand your travel vision, preferences, timeline, and budget. This ensures we recommend the appropriate planning tier and curate your itinerary with intention and accuracy.

Submitting a Trip Request does not begin planning until a planning tier is selected and paid.
 

No. All custom travel planning requires a non-refundable planning fee. This fee secures dedicated research time, supplier coordination, and personalized itinerary design.

Yes. Destination weddings are treated as event-level travel planning and are quoted separately based on destination, guest count, and coordination needs.

After your consultation:

• Initial proposal: 3–5 business days
   
• One round of revisions included
   
• Final proposal: typically within 2 business days after revisions
   

Complex itineraries or group travel may require additional time.

Primary communication is via email. Scheduled calls and priority support are included with select planning tiers.

Requests beyond the included revision may require an additional planning fee, depending on scope.

Yes. Once your itinerary is finalized, we either guide you through booking or handle bookings directly, depending on the supplier and trip structure.

Yes. For group travel, individual secure booking links can be provided so each traveler may submit payment independently.

Yes. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and can be quoted based on your state of residence and date of birth.

No. Travel pricing and availability are dynamic and not guaranteed until booked.
